The Tower Inverted

This is a dungeon segment made for the Delve of the Dark Mooncrowdsourced megadungeon jam, but could be slotted into any dungeon, or simply used as an underground point of interest in your dungeon game of choice.

The area contained in this dungeon segment is a deep grotto which contains a fallen, upside-down tower, with a princess still living in what used to be the highest room, now the deepest reach, and the small dungeon community around this oddity.

It's system-agnostic and doesn't provide stats for any of the NPCs detailed, just guidance on who they are and how they behave.
